Shake It Up: Break It Down (known as Shake It Up: Dance Dance in European countries) is a Disney Channel soundtrack from the hit TV series, Shake It Up. It was released on July 12, 2011 as a 2 Disc CD + DVD combo, with the DVD showing the dance steps. It has peaked at number 22 on the US Billboard 200 and topped the US Billboard Top Soundtracks and the US Billboard Kid Albums. Elsewhere, it has peaked at number 65 in Mexico. A second soundtrack entitled Shake It Up: Live 2 Dance was released on March 20, 2012. Selena Gomez sings one song in the soundtrack—Shake It Up—which is the theme song of the show.
